My file wasn’t in my scripts folder as I had thought after running your print(os.getcwd()) script. Have now managed to move the file, not obvious on the iPad, and all now works. I have been struggling with this problem for days. Thank you so much for your help.

@mcriley821 yeah, that's what I felt as well...just unfortunate that we don't have a way to access the font descriptors they want us to use instead of names. Well, no way via normal Pythonista python APIs, I'm sure we could do it via objc.

Also, depending on the iOS version you’re running, you could be able to just load the ARKit framework using the load_framework method in the objc_module.

import objc_util objc_util.load_framework('ARKit') #do stuff

The work @Brun0oO did, if I’m not mistaken, just makes using ARKit a little easier with Pythonista. It still uses objc_util in the background to do everything, so merging your code with Bruno’s should be a simple process.

As you said there is just omz but all of us here on the forum help him out. Pythonista just received a really big update recently and from my understanding he is already working on the next one.

Thank you. I finally saw the file I imported a few hours before. Now I believe I did the right things. If I can repeat it the second time, I should be able to repeat it again and again. I appreciate your help!!

@Bumbo-Cactoni, to point out the obvious, just in case, if all you want is colored text in the Pythonista console, you can use the relevant bit of @cvp’s code, skip all the ANSI mush, and just use Pythonista’s color names or the color picker.
