      Will Pythonista ever be released for Android? That'd be extremely cool (I understand that some libraries will not work or will be different).

        My sense is that Puthon on Android is already quite possible/powerful. See http://kivy.org and https://ep2013.europython.eu/conference/talks/developing-android-apps-completely-in-python

          @ccc, I know about that :)<br>
          But my question is, will the Pythonista be ported to Android? Having such cool IDE would be great :)

            With the advantage that there would be no restrictions on the libraries that could be ported :-) I would guess that @omz has his hands full with IOS but it would be great if someone would develop an IDE for Android. SL4A makes it easy to run python 2.7 or 3 but I have not seen an IDE that runs under Android.

              There's QPython and a few others, I think...

                @omz, I know, but QPython doesn't have a very good code editor and it has problems with pygame, so no graphics (only kivy for GUI).

                  ...and yes, I do have my hands full with iOS, and though I know some basics, I'm actually not a particularly good Android developer.
