Brand new user with a couple newbie questions… wanting to move to Editorial from Notesy as my daily driver for a mess of (mostly plaintext) notes stored in a Dropbox subfolder. I have sync working happily, but was missing the convenience of creating a new file with a single tap (Notesy auto names on first save based on first line of contents, though I'm happy enough with date- and time-stamp filenames). I'm close to a workflow that works for me, but:

      1. Can I bring up the on-screen keyboard at the conclusion of a workflow? I'm using the built-in 'Open Document' presently, which seems to require a second tap to focus the text input field after running.
      2. I assume that, when typing, changes are written only at certain intervals/events (open new file, dismiss keyboard)? I'm timestamping down to the minute and using 'Get File Contents' to pre-fill existing contents for extant files, but sometimes I'm getting blank overwrites invoking the workflow repeatedly in quick succession.

Any enlightenment appreciated - also open to suggestions of better ways of achieving the same end (rapid launch of new named document in Dropbox ready to type). Thanks!

        Something like this?

Also, you might like the Edit menu I created to make some things a little faster.
