[beta] console select/ copy bug
Latest beta: copying from console output area does not work. Selecting text brings up the Select/SelectAll/Paste popup, but never the Copy popup. Also, text is able to be selected in both input and output area at the same time.

I am not able to replicate your copy issue in the latest beta on iOS9. I get the copy menu every time.
I am able to select text in both input and output but copy always gets the correct text.
ok, more detail
when i double tap a word in the output, with keyboard showing, it does not bring up the Copy popup. If i then use the selection dots to modify the selection, the keyboard goes away, and Copy shows up and works correctly.
This is ios 8.4.1.

I am able to replicate that behavior in iOS9.

Apologies -- I'm not actually running the Pythonista beta. However, I did want to add that I've been seeing this behavior ('Copy' and other commands missing from selected/contextual popup) in several other apps ever since upgrading to iOS9 -- so I assume it's either a outright iOS bug or Apple made a subtle change in one of their APIs that only triggers the problem in certain situations.

From what I can tell what's happening is that when the keyboard is up and you select text in the console output, the copy popup appears, then the keyboard slides away, and the animation makes the popup disappear (presumably because the text view's bounds change or something). And when text is selected in the output, it's possible to switch back to the input line, and the selection in the output is not cleared. Then you can select text in the input line, and suddenly you have two selections at the same time. (nitpick @omz the selection colors are different for the input and output.
Another longstanding bug, goes back to at least 1.5..... sometimes when selecting in the editor, if keyboard is not up, such as when first entering the app, or sliding to editor from a ui panel, the Cut/Paste dialog does not show up, only Copy. The selection works, but is grey rather than blue.
