Can't purchase Update Bundle

I'd like to follow the instructions in the Welcome md-doc and buy Pythonista 3 via the "complete bundle" method (I bought the original Pythonista). But when I open the update bundle in the iOS App Store, the $14.99 button just flashes and then disappears, leaving no time to click it. When I open the bundle in the (desktop) iTunes Store, no option to buy it appears at all.
Does anyone have an idea what's going on or what I should do differently?

I'm guessing that you bought Pythonista a fairly long time ago for a price that was lower than it is today? From the bundle's description:
NOTE: If you own Pythonista 2, yet do not see a "Buy" button here, it is likely that you purchased the app when the price was lower than it is currently. The price for "Complete My Bundle" is the difference between the bundle's full price, and the price you already paid, and in some cases, this would make the bundle more expensive than getting Pythonista 3 separately.
