Backing up, including templates?

I see mentions of deleting/reinstall for troubleshooting, but I have many templates that I don't want to lose. Is there a way to backup all my Editorial snippets and templates so that I can try a clean install?

My actual problem: Image workflows and compose email action no longer working.
