Pythonista - ERROR ITMS-90035 on Xcode when uploading to AppStore

So I've been trying to use the following template:
https://github.com/omz/PythonistaAppTemplateAnd everything works perfectly, however I can't seem to be able to upload my build to the AppStore.
I keep getting this "ERROR ITMS-90035" for most of my .py files.I've looked into this thread:

Anyone managed to get through this?
