Would like to see the ability to directly reference images.
Example:
Only MobileFolio does that as far as I can see. Not everything is published to the web. Use this system for keeping student portfolios.

This should already be possible, if you use Dropbox, you have to make sure that you download the images before using them however.
By default, Editorial only syncs text files, but you can simply select other files (e.g. images) in the file browser to download them manually (the name is grayed-out for files that haven't been downloaded yet).

I do it already. If the doc is in /entry and the document is in a peer /resource (as mine are) then I write...

Minor niggle: Some Markdown renderers allow you to put a scaling width inside the bracket. I think the syntax would be

As an aside I wrote a workflow recently in Python to check the existence of all the graphics reference by the doc in Dropbox. It turned out to be quite easy to do. (It DOESN'T guarantee I've uploaded them to my blog site, of course.) :-)

Thanks! Does work. Didn't realize that the photos didn't auto download. Would it be possible on the next version to include a setting that permitted one to always sync all photos, audio and video? I like add some HTML along with the Markdown. Also, would like a setting to start in preview mode.

@andrebenrubi You're right to say that the Dropbox stuff has some minor issues with downloading files. Can't put my finger on quite what.
Given I mentioned image presence checking (and also I have code that attempts to check footnotes are defined and not redundant) I wonder if a "pre-press" workflow would be a handy thing for @omz to ship. Or maybe it could just be a sample. (MY work in the area would be covered by my company's copyright so I'd have to be careful about how I published.)
