Pythonista get picture problem

Long ago I used Pythonista on a (very) old smarphone ot access pictures on the phone and to
reduce the size of the file by making the picture 600 x 480 in place of 2000 x 1000 (or so)buying a new apple phone i got old stuff back and I have Pythonista working on it,
Only thing I do not now how t0 acces the applephone liebraries
Which possibilities (I used Screen years ago) Or is it a NEW pythonista , if that can
access differnt parts of all the photos on my new phone,
I would like to know : possiible or notAND I saw amazingly Pythonista output on an Apple watch ...
HOW is that possible?
Mini example would be very nice
PKHG is meanwhile 80 years young ;-)

I am sorry, I did not write down which post showed the Python output on an Apple watch,
